Roses is a floral shop that offers pre-arranged, custom made, and 'specialty' bouquets as well as potpourri for both decoration and pleasurable aroma. All flowers are grown on the premises in a greenhouse to protect them from the harsh elements of Vegas. Other floral decorations, such as corsages, wreaths, etc., are made upon request for a custom fee. Special events may also be catered for a catering fee.

Roses offers custom made bouquets for the individual that wants a little more meaning behind their gifts. Florists can put as little or much detail into every part of an arrangement. Not sure what get? All a florist needs is an idea of who and what the gift is for, and they can get you just what you need. Consultations may be requested at the front desk.

Roses also offers a more sensual product for its patrons. Romantic bouquets and potpourri give a very unique scent that will bring you and your partner a fulfilling experience. The aroma is a naturally scented aphrodisiac. Interested customers may ask at the front desk for purchases.

Positions:

Florist - Design, cut, and arrange live, dried, or artificial flowers and foliage. Florist are also expected to run the registers, consult on arrangements, arrange displays, and clean the front, backroom, and entrance areas.

Gardener - Maintenance of greenhouse, including watering, pruning, cleaning, and fertilization. Gardeners also manage compost and proper disposal of plants, and drying flowers and herbs falls under this position. Cleaning backroom and greenhouse is a part of maintenance.

Delivery Boy - Delivering arrangements to clients for personal and catering events; also, expected to arrange product upon delivery. This position is also expected to pick up supplies for business.

All positions are subject to overlap, and employees will be trained to do all of the above. Shifts will have at least one of each position on duty throughout the day. Wages are set at one chip per shift. Employees are welcome to work as little as one or more shifts, but must give their availability upon employment. Availability can be changed during employment.
